Regent Seven Seas Cruises Announces the Additions of Key Sales and marketing Executives
Fort Lauderdale Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced the appointment of key sales and marketing executives.

Randall Soy, vice president of Sales, has taken on additional responsibilities that now include Charter and Incentive Sales, along with his current responsibilities for the North American field sales force and international sales accounts. Soy is a long-term executive and has held various positions of responsibility in reservations and sales at RSSC, and was part of the original Seven Seas Cruise Line management team.

Alex Sharpe has been appointed vice president of National and Key Accounts. Sharpe is an 11-year veteran of RSSC who has held positions of responsibility in Charter and Incentive Sales, Retail Sales Development and, most recently, as vice president of Revenue and Destination Management.

Kari Tarnowski has been appointed senior director of Marketing. As such, she will be responsible for driving and initiating marketing and promotional programs and overseeing the areas of direct mail, e-marketing and brand materials. Tarnowski is an experienced cruise executive who most recently held a senior marketing position at Silversea Cruises.

Soy, Sharpe and Tarnowski will all report directly to Ken Watson, executive vice president of Marketing and Sales.

"I am delighted to make these announcements as RSSC is about to enter one of the most exciting periods in its history," said Mark Conroy, president of RSSC. "It is always a pleasure to reward loyal employees with additional roles and responsibilities as they have worked hard to ensure our success over the years, and to attract the best and brightest individuals to join our organization," he added.
