Day 1 New York - Paris - Nice.
Transatlantic flight via Air France flight #AF 011 departing at 10:00 pm from JFK airport to Nice. Dinner and breakfast served on board.

Day 2 Paris - Nice.
Arrive in Paris at 10:15 am and continue via Air France flight #AF 7704 at 12:40 pm with arrival in Nice at 2:10 pm. Transfer to the Hotel Splendid www.splendid-nice.com. Enjoy the balance of the day at leisure, strolling along the famous Promenade des Anglais which stretches along the seaside.

   
Day 3 Nice.
After breakfast enjoy a guided panoramic tour of the French Riviera Capital, including the residential district of Cimiez, once the favorite place of the English High Society, then it was the Imperial District where numerous Russian aristocrats used to stay during the winter.  They even built a beautiful Orthodox church with its typical golden roof.  Drive along the Jean Medecin Avenue, main commercial and shopping street of the Nice, the Massena Square with characteristic and colorful Italian architecture, the Albert the First Gardens, the old Harbor and the panoramic view from Mount Boron. End the tour in heart of the old town with the  picturesque flower market. The afternoon is free to explore Nice's lovely shops and boutiques.

 

Day 4 Nice - Antibes and Cannes.
After breakfast drive along the seaside road, via modern Marina Baie Des Anges, before reaching the ancient Greek city of Antibes. Nowadays a lovely resort, a modern Marina for deluxe yachts and a marvelous old town with picturesque open air market. In the heart of the former Grimaldi Castle, on the site walls is the Picasso Museum which shelters and incredible collection of mosaic, drawings, potteries, paintings, canvases and other masterpieces. Continue along the seaside for a panoramic drive via Juan Les Pins, Golfe Jean to Cannes, city of Film and Arts Festival. You will have some free time to browse around the old part of Cannes, Le Suquet or shopping in the elegant Rue d'Antibes, or stroll along the famous Croisette Boulevard. Return to Nice in the afternoon.

Day 5 Nice - Cap Ferrat - Beaulieu-Monaco.
A short drive along the lower seaside cornice road, via the Bay of Villefranche, before reaching Cape Ferrat. Continue to the charming resort of Beaulieu and to the prestigious and famous Principality of Monaco. Visit Old town of Monaco, Cathedral and see Changing of the Guards, tour of Monte Carlo Grand Prix circuit. We drive down to the Harbor with stop at Monte Carlo Casino Square. Free time for relaxing or shopping. Return to Nice in the afternoon. Balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 6 Nice - optional excursion to San Remo - Menton.
After breakfast visit to a nearby Italian Riviera, for another ambiance, different atmosphere, especially on Tuesday where a picturesque Italian style open market take place. You have discount prices for regular goods, premium brands in the lovely boutiques of the old town. Return to Nice via seaside, Vintimiglia and Menton.

Day 7 Nice - optional excursion to Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez.
After breakfast beautiful panoramic drive along the Esterel Corniche road to Port Grimaud, built on canals like in Venice and surrounded by an impressive city wall. After short stop for taking pictures continue to the port of Saint Tropez, favorite place of the European Jet Set. Free time to discover old village see luxury yachts, shop in fashion boutiques, or have a drink in terrace cafes. Late afternoon return to Nice.

Day 8 Nice - Paris - New York
After breakfast is free time. Transfer to the airport at 11:00am for flight via Air France AF 7703 at 1:25 pm with arrival in Paris at 3:00 pm and continue via AF010 at 4:30 pm to New York JFK with arrival at 6:55pm.
